The following is the Agreement between Tradsi™ and everyone who utilizes the Tradsi.com website. By participating in Tradsi services you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and your consent to be bound by it. Our terms for participation in our services is as follows:

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS
Your first annual membership fee is due in advance. The current cost of membership is $9.99 per year. Payments are processed by PayPal.com. You agree to abide by PayPal's own User Agreement.

MEMBER DATA
Members are required to maintain accurate business data at all times including full legal business name, authorized contact person, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address. Your data may be subject to verification by Tradsi staff at any time.

NOTICE TO THIRD-PARTIES
The Tradsi seal is displayed on member websites. You must click-through to a member profile to verify the status of the account. Consumers must take note of the browser URL to ensure a member's profile begins with http://www.tradsi.com. Although Tradsi strives for accuracy when verifying member data, Tradsi cannot guarantee data or insure your transactions with our members at any time.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Each user agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless for any losses resulting from any use or attempted use of our services in violation of this Agreement. Our services are only available for lawful purposes. Applicable state or federal laws and regulations may limit our services.

NO WARRANTIES
You agree that your use of our services is at your sole risk. Our services are provided on a strictly "as is" basis. We do not provide any warranties.

OUR RIGHTS
We may suspend or terminate your use of our services at any time, without notice for any reason, in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change this Agreement at any time.
